En venninne sa nettop at MJ hadde fått hudkreft og at det var på nyhetene. Men det kan ikke stemme.. han har jo vært hos massevis av leger som ahr sagt at han er i toppform og helt frisk.

A spokesman for Michael Jackson is denying a report the singer has skin cancer, insisting he is in "the best of health."

"He is great," Dr. Tohme Tohme told the Daily News on Saturday.

"He's in perfect health ... he doesn't have any diseases whatsoever."

Britain's Sun newspaper reported Saturday the "Beat It" singer has cancerous spots on his body and pre-cancerous cells on his face.

The paper said Jackson was diagnosed last month and has been told the condition is treatable. Tohme said the report was just "not true."

"He is in the best of health," he added.

Jackson still plans to go ahead with a series of sell-out comeback concerts in London in July, sources told the Sun.

"He was at first very concerned, but says he has been assured by the doctors that they can treat this and he will recover," an insider was quoted as saying.

"He said he's insisted that any treatment must fit around the concerts, and the show will go on."

Jackson, 50, who already suffers from the pigmentation disorder vitiligo, has been visiting a Beverly Hills dermatologist, the paper said.

The Sun said the former Jackson Five singer got the diagnosis in April - around the time his car was involved in an accident at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles.

After years of legal problems, financial trouble and bizarre behavior, the "Thriller" idol is trying to make a comeback with 50 sold-out shows at London's 02 arena.
